More than simply a wine, the Left Bank honours a particular lifestyle.

in the vineyard : The grapes are sourced from a multi-vineyard blend in the Western Cape region. The soils are mostly clay loam to granite and shale.

in the cellar : Fermentation initiated in stainless tanks and underwent a series of pump-overs until dry. Further maceration before drawing off and light pressing.

The wine spent 14 months in French oak barrels of which 10% was new. Balance in 2nd, 3rd & 4th fill barrels.

Bottled in July 2015.
