A Deep violet coloured, medium bodied wine. Its bouquet of flavours include black cherry, black currant, clove, black pepper and a small hint of grass.

Shiraz brings out the best in meaty dishes including stew, meaty pizza and game. Also paired well with roasted vegetables and soft cheeses.
