Palate: A mixture of strawberry and mulberry early in the mouth with a lingering aftertaste of candy floss.

about the harvest: Pinotage grapes were harvested at 20-22 balling, to get a beautiful pink free run juice with lots of fresh, fruity flavours and acidity.
in the cellar : 

Free run juice was settled overnight. The next morning the clear juice was pumped into the fermentation tanks and inoculated with selected yeast strains that produced good fresh fruit flavours. After fermentation, the wine was stabilized and filtered before it was bottled.
