in the vineyard : These grapes are sourced from dryland vineyards in the Swartland.

about the harvest: The grapes were hand harvested at 20° Balling.

in the cellar : Gently crushed and separated from the skins. After 48 hours settling, the clean juice was cold fermented in a stainless steel tanks, only free run juice was used. The wine spent 3 months on fine lees before it was stabilized and bottled.
