Chip off the Old Block Shiraz

The wine starts of with a savoury, meaty nose evolving into aniseed and wild spice with hints of dark fruit. Soft tannins, with an elegant finish. Aged for 14 months in 1st and 2nd fill French Oak barrels with a medium toast, 30% new oak.
