A dry Rosé with a brilliant pink coral colour. The aromas of strawberries and cherries carry through onto the palate providing a fresh and lasting aftertaste.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at sugar level of about 24° Balling from the 20th February – 23rd March.
in the cellar : The grapes were crushed and pumped into a stainless steel tank. The juice was left on the skins until sufficient colour extraction had been obtained. The juice was settled, racked and inoculated with a cultured yeast strain. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 12 days at 15° C.
