An organic Pinot Noir with a nose of forest floor, sweet cherry and candy floss which opens up nicely after decanting. Subtle tannins with an elegant finish. Pair with lamb casserole, classic roasted duck or aromatic Peking duck, fresh salmon or tuna steaks, bacon-stuffed mushrooms, strawberries dipped in chocolate.
