A classic Chardonnay, barrel-fermented and -matured. Lime and citrus notes on the nose. Velvety cream and butterscotch on the palate with hints of spice. Long, smooth finish with well-balanced acidity. Pair with steak bearnaise, fine rich fish, grilled veal chops with mushrooms, late summer vegetables, pastas like pumpkin ravioli as well as light curries.
