in the vineyard : No irrigation – “bosstok” and trellised vines.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested late in February at an average of 21.5° Balling.
Production: 9 tons per hectare.

in the cellar : Free run juice was fermented separately from press juice. Juice and wine were treated as reductive as possible. After fermentation a blend was made of press wine and free run wine to get the best characteristics of both.
