in the vineyard : Farmed dry-land, thus not irrigated. All grapes used are from our vineyards. The wine is made in true Provence style, from Syrah, Pinotage and Merlot. The bush vines are between 15-50 years old.

about the harvest: The grapes were harvested early in the morning and selected from various parcels on the estate.

in the cellar : After picking and overnight cooling, the grapes were destemmed, crushed and sent to the press. The Juice was left on the skins between 2 - 5 hours to maintain the beautiful light colour you can admire in this wine.
