in the vineyard : Farmed dry-land, thus not irrigated. There are two different blocks on the property.

in the cellar : Half of the grapes were fully and the other half partially destemmed. Fermented in 2500l foudres and in old 500l French oak barrels. Aged for 11 months. Blended and bottled after the aging process.
