NOSE: Honeyed aromas with nutty notes rounded off with juniper berry and dried orange rind
PALATE: Big, dry finish, a distinctive but refreshing wine

in the cellar : Farmed dry-land, thus not irrigated. 70% of the grapes were partially destemmed and 30% whole bunch fermented. Left 7 weeks on the skins before pressed to French oak barrels. Natural fermentation and aged for 8 months.
