Stellar Organics No Sulphur Added Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

This wine has an intense dark ruby colour. On the nose, roasted red pepper and mint with vanilla in the background combined with dark flavours of cherry tobacco. The wine has good firm tannins and prominent acid. This combination of tannin and acid is essential to give life to a NSA wine.

Pair with beef roasts, Peking Duck or chocolate-based desserts.
