The wine has improved noticably in the bottle and offers ripe fig and gooseberry fruit with racy acidity. It finishes fresh and clean.

in the cellar : Made from our grapes at Mulderbosch by Mike Dobrovic. First harvest from 1997 vines. Average yield was 3,6 tons/hectare from young vines. The wine is unwooded and was made reductively (oxygen exclusive), all tank fermented. It was cold stabilised and lightly filtered before bottling in June 2000.
