A bold full bodied wine.  Deep red colour with a violet tint.  Distinct minty, black cherry and dark olive aromas.  Dark chocolate flavours on the palate with spicy firm tannins and a velvety finish.

in the cellar : 

Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (25° - 28° C) with two daily pump-overs and punch downs, extracting color and tannins. After natural malolactic fermentation completed the wine matured 14 months in new French oak barrels.
