This Rosé wine was produced from Shiraz (50%) and Zinfandel (50%) grapes.Preparation of Wine:This rosé was very softly pressed with minimum skin contact to produce an elegant character. The wine was fermented at low temperature (±13° C) and kept on the fine lees to preserve freshness.
