A combination of red fruit and blackcurrant rich aromas with a touch of cloves and spice on the nose.  The fruit richness follows onto the palate with soft tannin for early consumption.

about the harvest: 

Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in February 2014.

in the cellar : 

Grapes are vinified separately. Fermentation happened in tanks over 4 - 6 days, pressed put back into tank to mature. The different varieties matured separately in tanks on a combination French oak staves and barrels until they were blended, stabilized and bottled.
