2014 was a healthy year with a balanced ripeness of the Sauvignon blanc happening at an earlier stage due to ideal conditions. Grapes were harvested from the early hours of 4 o'clock in the morning to ensure that they come in at the perfect temperature.

in the vineyard : 2015 marked the introduction of a new production cellar and some exciting changes came about during harvest. With a focus on making premium quality Sauvignon Blanc, the new cellar has allowed us to concentrate on key aspects in making this wine. All of which helped to contribute towards increasing the quality.

in the cellar : Sticking to the basics and focusing strongly on quality, we created a wine made to better express the vineyards and truly respect the Klein Constantia terroir. It is 100% tank fermented and spent 7 months on the lees after which, the various batches were blended together to create this elegant wine.
