La Petite Ferme Verdict 2015 (Cape Blend)

The Verdict is a very elegant wine but also has a complexity that captures the imagination. Rich in black fruit flavours like cassis and black cherry that spills from the nose onto the pallet. The time spent in oak delivers aromas of cigar box and mocha finishing with a sweet hint of clove spice that lingers at the end.

Cabernet Franc and Merlot blended and put back in older barrels for further 6months.
Unwooded Cab 2016 blended back to add freshness and complexity.
