An elegant yet firm Viognier wine that produces flavours of apricot and pawpaw on the nose which is closely followed by floral notes of rose geranium that guides you on to the palate where you find subtle fresh citrus flavours. The structured palate makes this a great food wine. This is a wine that is balanced between good fruity flavours, fresh citrus aromas and a balanced firm structure, a good all round wine.

No skin contact, ,pressed and fermented in 100% Stainless steel using a variety of yeasts.Left on the fine lees to mature for 3months with occasional stirring to develop a full rich body.2% matured in old French barrels for 5 months.
