A classic interpretation of New-world Cabernet Sauvignon from South Africa.The wine shows fragrances of redcurrant,light fruitcake nuances and soft undertones of spice. The palate is elegant with sumptuous black cherry flavours. This classic Cabernet Sauvignon is well structured, with excellent maturation potential.

in the cellar : Fermentation took place at 28 degrees Celsius, with daily pump-overs and punch-downs. Post fermentation with skin contact for 28 days.60% of this wine was matured in new 225-litre French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. For the same period, the balance of the wine was matured in second-fill French oak. Prior to release, the wine was bottle-matured for a period of 11 months.
