Grand Vin de Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2014

This deeply coloured, vibrant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has well defined ripe Blackcurrant aromas on the nose and is complimented by rich vanilla oak and dark plum flavours on the palate with soft, ripe tannins. The wine is very accessible now but will also benefit from maturation for 2 to 4 years.

Best served with chargilled steak, roasted duck breast and Asian BBQ lamb ribs.
