Drakensig Cabernet Sauvignon 1999

The wine has typical characters of Cabernet with ripe berries, cherry and smoky spice, which are well integrated with the wood. The wine has gripping tannins, which are well balanced with the fruit and acidity. This Cabernet will complement red meat dishes cuperbly, especially fillet, with creamy sauces.
