Fresh guava, yellow stone fruit and melon aromas combine with citrus blossom and creamy notes of brioche on the nose. The zesty acidity and textured minderal palate finishes with great body and lingering bursts of flavour.

Perfect on its own on a beautiful summer's day and will complement creamy seafood sihes, pork-belly & chicken liver pate.

in the cellar : Chenin Blanc grapes were handpicked quickly transported & processed at the cellar to ensure preserving the grapes' valuable flavours. The juice was settled overnight and racked to stainless steel tanks. A slow and cold fermentation preserved the fresh Chenin Blanc flavours and extended lees contact after fermentation added rich texture to the wine.
