ageing : 3 to 5 years
in the vineyard : The malbec is sourced from a trellised vineyard on the slopes of our vineyards on Fairview farm in Paarl.
in the cellar : The grapes were harvested and fermented on the skins in tank for 10 days. After fermentation the wine was pressed and transferred to 2nd and 3rd fill French and American oak barrels where it matured for 10 months before bottling.
