The only wooded white in the range, offering something richer, a different spectrum of flavours. The perfume is a combination of stone fruit, preserved naartjie and hazelnuts, with an intriguing floral note of nasturtiums. It has a warm, ripe palate, without being showy, this is about flavour and balance, the oak giving good savoury length but allowing the fruit through for a fresh citrus finish.
Less oak than the 2015 vintage has improved the harmony, made it even more food compatible.
