Maiden release. Individual take on Pinot Noir, a character that comes from the vineyard. The initial fruit impression is intense, blueberries, vivid plum, with a buchu, almost minty note, settling down to raspberries later on the palate. This, coupled with sweet spice from 18 months oak maturation, creates a wine that is delicious to drink, but is an unconventional Pinot Noir. The structure is elegant, typical of the variety, the finish savoury dry for food pairing.
