"A sexy, very sexy nose... violet and cherry-blossom, ripe plum and melting chocolate, all reprised in plush-piled palate with complex array of vanilla, toasted nuts, blackcurrant and cinnamon.

Excellent with foie gras, pasta, soup, bobotie, stews and pork.
