Eikendal Rossini is a medium bodied red wine with elegant flavours and a complex and well balanced character. Serve at 17-18ºC or slightly chilled in summer time, with rich spaghetti Bolognaise, matured sirloin and garlic butter or a spicy game casserole with tomato bredie.
