in the vineyard :

The grapes were sourced from various vineyard blocks across the Western Cape.

about the harvest:

The grapes were harvested by hand and machine at 23° to 24.5° Balling during February and March.

in the cellar :

The fruit was crushed and fermented on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 25ºC to 28ºC for two weeks. After malolactic fermentation the wine was oaked for nine months.
