Van Wyk Family Wines Olivia Grace 2016

This wine was raised in a combination of old 225L barrels and a concrete egg for 6 months before it was blended and bottled. It is handcrafted in such a way that it demonstrates a very unique Cape White with Chenin as the backbone, and the other varieties offering additional layers of aromatics, texture and freshness. It is an honest and elegant wine and the idea is to showcase the diversity of Western Cape soils and climates in one harmonious blend. Production volume only 2464 bottles.
