Fresh lemon peel and grapefruit skin dominate the nose and palate, and is beautifully rounded off with soft buttery notes in the background.

Our lightly wooded Chardonnay is the perfect accompaniment to creamy butternut soup or Fish Mornay.

The wine is drinking superbly at the moment but can also bottle mature for another couple of years.
in the vineyard : 

All vines are trellised.  The grapes were hand picked at optimal ripeness in the early hours of the morning and taken to the cellar in lug boxes.
in the cellar : 

This Chardonnay is only lightly wooded in French Oak barrels.  This resulted in the preservation of the primary citrus fruit flavours were preserved and the wine’s crisp mouth feel.
