This unwooded, crisp white wine shows passionfruit, guava and apricot on the nose. The palate displays concentrated layers of pome fruit, balanced with a fresh acidity and textural finish.

in the vineyard : Our Chenin Blanc is harvested from vineyards in the Stellenbosch and Franschhoek area. The grapes were picked early morning during February at optimal ripeness to ensure that the varietal characteristics are best captured.

in the cellar : The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and fruit expression and is aged on the lees for 6 months.
