Eagles' Nest Sauvignon Blanc 2017

The nose initially shows primary aromas of guava and white pear. These notes are underpinned by a fresh zesty core, complimented by lime, oyster shell salinity and some spicy celery leaf notes. The palate is fresh, with vibrant acidity and tropical fruit aromas carrying through. Six month’s lees contact has bolstered the mouth-feel, adding weight and structure to the pallet.
