This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has a lovely deep, plum colour, a new-oak sweetness and typical Cabernet berry and grass tastes. The wine has a good balance between fruit and wood. Enjoy with red meat.

in the cellar : Following eight days of skin contact to obtain the desired colour and flavour, fermentation continued under controlled conditions at 25°C. The wine is aged in Nevers oak casks of 300 litre for eight months.
