in the vineyard : The grapes are sourced from trellised vineyards of Chardonnay on the lower slopes of Paarl.

in the cellar : The grapes are harvested early in the morning and pressed, separating the juice from the skins. The juice is settled and cold fermented in a stainless steel tank for 3 weeks. The wine was left on fine lees for 3 months before bottling.
