Val du Charron Aphaea Red 2018

in the cellar : Separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensured that each cultivar developed a unique component to add to this blend. Juice extraction and punch downs concentrated the aroma and tannin structures of the wines. Thirty-five percent of the wines making up the blend have been maturing on French oaks in Flexcubes for 6 months to add structure and body to the blend. Final blending and sweetening was done right before bottling.
