in the vineyard : Climate: Mediterranean – The summers are warm and dry with cold, wet winters. The annual rainfall is approximately 600-800 mm.

Yield: 8 - 10 tons/ha
about the harvest: The grapes were harvested at 23-24° Balling.
in the cellar : The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at 12–14°C. The wine had four weeks of lees contact before it was cold stabilized, filtered and bottled.
