Crisp lemon and citrus flavours with a creamy, soft and well-balanced middle-palate. Slight oaky undertones complements the long subtle finish.

in the vineyard : Climate: Mediterranean – The summers are warm and dry with cold, wet winters. The annual rainfall is approximately 600-800 mm.

Yield: 4 – 6 tons/ha
about the harvest: Specially selected grapes were harvested at a ripeness of 23-24° Balling.
in the cellar : Part of the wine was fermented at 14°C and the rest was fermented in French oak barrels. 30% of the wine was matured in barrels.
