in the vineyard : The grapes are grown in the Olifantsriver Valley.
in the cellar : The Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented for 24 hous on the skins before being removed from the skins and fermented under controlled conditions at 15°C. After fermentation Chenin Blanc was added for more fruitiness.
