in the vineyard : One of our younger vineyards planted in river bed boulder material is beginning to show its potential. Care is taken to produce top quality fruit at low yields of four tons per hectare.

in the cellar : Cool fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques has helped to produce the subtle oak flavours and level of maturation after 14 months.
