A full bodied wine with ripe orange peel and granola on the nose. The judicous use of oak enhances the flavour and the well balanced acidity ensures good ageing potential.

in the cellar : 100% fermentation in oak barrels. Wine was kept on lees with regular batonage. 20% new French oak barrels and the balance in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th fill 300l barrels. Matured in barrels for 12months prior to bottling.
