Light salmon pink in colour with buckets of strawberries bursting forth on the nose, accompanied by subtle undertones of rose petals and herbaceousness. Light and refreshing on the palate, with the wine showing good acidity which carries the flavours through and leaves you wanting more.

19 Year old bush vines planted in weathered granite soil. Yield of 4.2 tons per hectare - all dry land, unirrigated.

Grapes were picked at 21ºB, destemmed and put straight to press. Light pressing of up to 0.2 bar, for slight colour extraction. Clean settling, with an NTU reading below 20. Cool fermentation was conducted using Delta yeast, thereafter the wine was filtered and bottled.
