The superior quality of Dry land vineyards and our innovative winemaking techniques combine to produce premium wines of world class quality.
The grapes are harvested from 32 years old vines in the Perdeberg area. The soils are mainly decomposed granite and glenrosa. The grapes are harvested in the early morning when it is still cool. After the grapes are de-stemmed, skin contact is given for two hours and the juice is extracted. Only free run juice is used and great care is taken that the juice is clear before fermentation starts to ensure the pure, concentrated fruitiness grapes are infused in to the wines.Our Vineyard Collection Wines are made from specific vineyards, each with its unique character for its cultivar and terroir. For this reason, all wines in the range are of single cultivar.
