in the vineyard : Both the Merlot and Cabernet are planted in Vrede en Lust and the Shiraz is from our Ricton vineyards with a component of block 5 ( In front of the winery).
The Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is all sourced from our Farm at Vrede en Lust.

in the cellar : They were all matured in barrel for 16-18 months. All the components was aged seperatlyand blended together just prior botteling.
The blend consist out of the following components: Merlot 35%, Shiraz, 33% and Cabernet Sauvignon 32%.
