Wine made of selected grapes from the Western Cape region of South Africa, double distilled in copper pot stills where after aged in small oak barrels for a minimum period of 10 years. Blended with care results in complex dried apricot, peach and tropical aromas, enhanced by subtle oak, banana and raspberry flavours. Complex, balanced with a smooth lingering aftertaste of fruit.
Pair with warm desserts, flavourful cheese and chocolates with a high cocoa content.
