Irrigation: Drip irrigation controlled by a computer system through meters and tensiometers.
in the cellar : Grapes were picked at 20˚ and kept in contact with skins for 30 minutes to enable colour and flavour extraction. The fermentation was stopped at 18g/L with sterile filtration.
