in the vineyard : The KC range offers a light, fresh and easy-drinking style of wine. Grapes are sourced from vineyards in Stellenbosch and then complimented with a large portion of our own Constantia fruit.

about the harvest: The grapes are carefully hand selected and harvested from our chosen vineyards.

in the cellar : These are then brought in and pressed as gently as possible to maintain the fruit and freshness in the wine. After fermentation the wine is aged either in French oak barrels or Stainless steel tanks for up to 14 months before blending and bottling.
