The resultant wine has a salmon pink colour. It fills the nose with appealing sweet strawberry aromas that intermingle with an undercurrent of floral characters. On the palate the wine is silky and delicate but energetic.

The Cinsaut grapes harvested from the limestone rich soils in the beautiful Robertson valley are gently cold-pressed to extract some colour from the skins of the grapes. This ensures the salmon pink colour which makes rosé wines unique.
