A delicious ripe flavoursome spicy wine with pungent aromatic Muscat esters and honeyed pineapple. Refreshing, making this an excellent quaffing wine.
Serving suggestion: Chicken salad or Quiche. Thai food and Chinese food.

about the harvest: The grapes come from various vineyards and were picked at relatively high sugar levels ranging from 24-25Âº Balling for the Sauvignon Blanc and much higher for the Morio Muscat.
